8. No Guarantee of Exam Results

UNLIMITED TEST QUESTIONS IS A PREPARATION TOOL ONLY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USING OUR SERVICE WILL RESULT IN PASSING ANY CERTIFICATION EXAM. EXAM RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS INCLUDING YOUR INDIVIDUAL PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND THE SPECIFIC EXAM CONTENT. OUR PRACTICE QUESTIONS ARE NOT ACTUAL EXAM QUESTIONS AND MAY NOT REFLECT THE EXACT CONTENT OR FORMAT OF ANY CERTIFICATION EXAM.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLIMITED TEST QUESTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE SERVICE; (D) ANY EXAM RESULTS OR OUTCOMES; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlimited Test Questions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
